You could call yourself a shampoo expert, a beauty connector, or just someone who knows what actually works. Your job is to help women stop wasting money on random products that don’t suit them, and guide them toward the right ones for their hair type, skin goals, or concerns.
That’s it. You’re just helping people. And you get paid for it.
Here’s how it works:
• You choose a product pack to get started. This gives you products to use for yourself, so you know exactly what you’re recommending. Packs start from $250 and go up to $895
• As soon as you sign up, you get access to your own online store and a customisable quiz that helps you recommend the right products.
• There are optional training videos (on haircare and skincare) that take you through what to do, how to share, and how to start.
• You don’t hold stock. You don’t ship anything. When someone orders through your link, MONAT handles the rest — and you get paid.
• You earn 15% commission on every sale. So if someone orders $200 worth of products, you earn $30. Payments come weekly.
• You also earn bonuses — for things like hitting a new rank, helping other women hit their goals, or growing your customer base.
• If you decide to build a team, you can. You’ll earn bonuses as they succeed, and together, you rise through the ranks. But that part is completely up to you.
A few things that make this business different:
• You can build it offline, online, or both — whatever suits your personality and lifestyle.
• There are no monthly minimums or lock-ins. You can take a break anytime.
• Some women join purely for the 30% product discount and don’t sell at all — which is totally fine.
• After 12 months, if you want to keep your account active, it’s a $75 annual fee — but the first year is completely free.
• You can earn more than the person who signed you up. There’s no cap. No limit. Just potential.
